Any employee aiming to understand how to manage in-house conflicts using positive communications tools.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Improve your understanding and ability to manage difficult situations in teams and organizations<\/span><\/li>\n

    Duration and location of the training course<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The training course will be held over 4 x 7h days (2 + 2) with 1 or 2 trainers depending on the number of participants.<\/span><\/p>\n
