{"id":14164,"date":"2020-10-09T14:58:32","date_gmt":"2020-10-09T12:58:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inov-on-experience.fr\/accompagnements\/formation-managers-leaders\/"},"modified":"2022-04-06T17:07:05","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T15:07:05","slug":"leading-managers","status":"publish","type":"accompagnements","link":"https:\/\/www.inov-on-experience.fr\/en\/support\/leading-managers\/","title":{"rendered":"Leading Managers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our teams will help you to improve your knowledge of your own capabilities, extend your toolbox by trying out positive communication, collective intelligence, the coaching attitude, and prepare yourself to let go, free up energy and allow all individuals to express their individual talents.<\/p>\n<p>We will also help to ensure you consider key factors, start appropriate trials for the learning process and avoid the traps inherent in this approach in your role as manager.<\/p>\n<p>This pathway is a journey to your core self, comprising three two-day sessions and feedback over one day at the end of the pathway.<\/p>\n<h3><b>The Roadbook<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Session 1: Check out and try out initial tools \u2013 Prepare for the journey<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Session 2: Improve your approach \u2013 Take initial steps<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Session 3: In-depth training\/personal development \u2013 Learn to learn<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Session 4: Feedback and practical learning \u2013 Real-life practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our approach will be led by professional coaches and aims to improve collective intelligence and facilitation type tools as well as positive and supervisory communication methods.
